Springfield Rescue Mission
The Springfield Rescue Mission, is an organization that provides beds, food, and assistance for the local homeless population in our area. Just because someone is down on their luck now, does not make them any less of a person worthy of love, compassion and support.
MACDAC Engineering is proud to support this wonderful organization financially, as well as encourage our employees to volunteer at their soup kitchen. We’d like to encourage your business to find a local rescue mission or homeless assistance organization that you can be a part of. Community matters!
Churches
Churches do a lot for our community and we have looked for different ways to help support their work in the community. One of favorite ways to do that has been to sponsor sports uniforms. We have several different softball leagues in our area run by churches. These teams are multigenerational, unisex, and open to the public.
In supporting them, we get a bit of advertisement on the backs of team shirts as well as help support the church and their community efforts. We see it as a win-win!
Watoto Village
Watoto Village is based in Uganda, East Africa. This village was created for vulnerable women and children in the area. This village has homes built in clusters of nine and provide all the essentials of a basic home. The homes reflect a familiar traditional dwelling for the people.
Watoto Village seeks to provide a safe haven for women and children as well as empower them with skills to be leaders in their community. Making a lasting impact on the world for the better is part of why we exist as a business. We are honored to have helped support this wonderful organization.
Local Police
Supporting our local Police Department is important to us. They lay their lives on the line supporting our community. The Enfield, CT police department has worked with our community to build a positive relationship that helps to support our town.
When they call for charitable giving, we donate to show our appreciation for all that they do for us, our families, our neighbors and our community at large.
Tournament Sponsorships
One of our favorite ways to relax is to hit the golfing course. That’s why we are always excited to get involved in fundraisers around golfing tournaments. We’ve sponsored holes and even participated in the tournaments themselves.
We love giving back to organizations that are doing good around the world. These tournaments not only promote and raise money for organizations in need, they also bring fun and exercise to those involved.
Job Placement Training
MACDAC Engineering provides free training for unemployed Machinists. We retain resumes for our customers to access when looking for hiring trained employees. This is one way that we give back to our community.

MACDAC Engineering is the largest CAD/CAM software dealer in New England and has been partnered with Mastercam since 1991. We offer training, support, and services for all Mastercam products.
We believe in developing strong relationships with our customers, which is why so many of them have relied on us for their CAD/CAM needs for years. We primarily keep our sales local to New England so that we can better create, build, and maintain customer relationships for many years to come.
